But I can give u the recipe of the masala at a later date. Since brinjal is already there , we have to look for some thing which goes well with it . That could be curries made either with tomato or potato which will enhance the taste as per me. With probably less masala in it as Vangi bath already has masala in it.In case you happen to try some thing else and it tastes good do let me know. I shall try it out .
