VEG HAKA NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

  • Haka Noodles - 2 packs
  • Carrots - chopped 1 cup
  • Cabbage - shredded 1 cup
  • Capsicum- sliced 1 cup
  • Spring onions - chopped 1 cup
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Soysauce - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 4tbsp

PREPARATION

  • Boil water in a pan and allow it to bubble.
  • Add noodles and cook for 10min.
  • Transfer into a strainer and drain away water.
  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil on a high flame.
  • Tranfer the noodles onto a flat tray and toss a tbsp of oil all over in order that they donot stick together.
  • To the hot oil , add the chopped vegetables and stir fry for 5 min.
  • Now add chilli sauce, soysauce , salt and pepper powder .
  • Mix well and now add noodles to them.
  • Mix well cook for few minutes and put off the flame.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  • Serving size - 4 persons. Cooking time - 25 min.
