VEG HAKA NOODLES
INGREDIENTS
- Haka Noodles - 2 packs
- Carrots - chopped 1 cup
- Cabbage - shredded 1 cup
- Capsicum- sliced 1 cup
- Spring onions - chopped 1 cup
- Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
- Soysauce - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 4tbsp
PREPARATION
- Boil water in a pan and allow it to bubble.
- Add noodles and cook for 10min.
- Transfer into a strainer and drain away water.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil on a high flame.
- Tranfer the noodles onto a flat tray and toss a tbsp of oil all over in order that they donot stick together.
- To the hot oil , add the chopped vegetables and stir fry for 5 min.
- Now add chilli sauce, soysauce , salt and pepper powder .
- Mix well and now add noodles to them.
- Mix well cook for few minutes and put off the flame.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serving size - 4 persons. Cooking time - 25 min.
