BRINJAL CURRY
Wash and cut the brinjalinto finger length long pieces.
Microwave cook for about 10min.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions along with cumin to golden red.
Add the cooked brinjal pieces and fry till golden red.
Then add salt and redchilli powder and turmeric. Easy to fry once you add them .
Once done put off the flame .
Serve hot with rice..
