Bhendi/Lady fingers - 1kg
Oil - 1 cup
Salt - 11/2 tsp
Redchillipowder - 1 tsp

PREPARATION

Wash and leave the bhendi in a strainer to strain away excess water.
Heat oil in a wide pan .
