KANDA BACCHALI KURA
- INGREDIENTS
- Kanda - 2 cups
- Bacchali - 4 bunches
- Lemon - 2 nos
- Redchillies - 2 nos
- Greenchillies - 5 nos
- Salt - 11/2tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Urad dal - 1tbsp
- Chana dal - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Cumin - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger - 2 finger length pieces
- Coriander - 1/2 bunch
- PREPARATION
- Wash and cut bacchali kura into fine pieces.
- Microwave cook both kanda and bacchali kura for 10 min.
- Heat oil in a pan and put tadka . Add curry leaves and red chillies . Add the cooked bacchali kura and kanda.
- Grind the greenchillies , ginger and coriander along with salt and add to the curry and mix well.
- Add turmeric and add lemon juice and mix well putting off the flame.
- Serve hot with rice .

I could not find bachhali koora here.Every time i find spinach here:-)
did u buy frozen bachhali koora?If yes,in which name is it called?

I m good . How abt u ? I found fresh bacchali kura in Patels God’s grace that wasnt frozen one .
Try some time you may get it .
