  • Mangoes - 2 nos
  • Redchillipowder - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard powder - 1 tsp
  • fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic pods - 2 nos
  • Redchillies - 6 nos
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 10 nos
  • Turmeric - a pinch of it







  • Wash and peel off the mangoes.
  • Make small pieces of the same and take them in bowl enough to mix the ingredients.
  • To the raw mango pieces , add red chilli powder , salt , turmeric ,mustard powder and fenugreek powder and oil and mix well..
  • Heat oil and put tadka ie … heat oil and add mustard seeds once they sizzle add fenugreek seeds and urad dal fry them to red and add redchillies and chopped garlic and curry leaves fry them well.
  • Add the tadka to the mango pieces .
  • Mix well and pour oil sparingly as per desire.
  • Tastes good with rice and can be stored for a week if not exposed to moisture.
