PALLI CHUTNEY
- Ground nuts - 1 cup
- Drygrated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 5 -6 nos
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 11/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
PREPARATION
- Take the ground nuts along with dry grated coconut ,salt and green chillies and grind well into a powder.
- Add water and grind well to a fine paste .
- Heat oil in a pan and put tadka . Add the tadka to the chutney and serve with uppudu pindi ,idli ,upma etc.
- Preparation time - 10 min Serving size - 4 - 5 persons.

I got one doubt regarding ground nut chutney.
Do we need to roast ground nuts?

Hi Neeharika , I havent roasted them … But u can roast them and grind no issues…
