CAULIFLOWER CURRY
INGREDIENTS
- Cauliflower - 1 no
- Onions - 2 nos
- Greenchillies - 5 - 6 nos
- Cashewnuts - 1 cup
- Redchilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
- Mustard -1/2 tsp
- Bay leaves - 2 nos
- Cardamom - 4 nos
- Cloves - 2 nos
- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
PREPARATION
- Wash and cut the cauliflower and onions and microwave cook them for 10 min.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds once they sizzle and fry the bay leaves , cloves , cardamom and garlic paste to golden brown .
- Add the cooked vegetables and fry for 5 min.
- Grind the cashewnuts along with salt , redchillipowder and turmeric into powder and make a fine paste adding water.
- Add this paste to the curry and cook for 5 min .
- Serve hot with rice , chapathi or poori ..
- Cooking time - 20 min , Serving size - 4 nos
