CAPSICUM CURRY WITH PEANUT BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
- Capsicum - 6 nos
- Peanut butter - 1 cup
- Onions - 2 nos
- Redchilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 11/2 tbsp
- Turmeric - a pinch of it
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp

- Grind the onions and peanut butter adding water , salt , red chilli powder , turmeric ,ginger garlic paste , garam masala into a fine paste and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the capsicum to soft putting a lid on the pan.
- They cook in 15 min at the max on a medium flame.
- Add1/2 tbsp of salt to the capsicum so that they absorb salt .
- Then add the gravy to them and cook for about 10 min.
- Serve hot with chapathi or rice ..tastes very good .
