CAPSICUM CURRY WITH PEANUT BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Capsicum - 6 nos
  • Peanut butter - 1 cup
  • Onions - 2 nos
  • Redchilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 11/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric - a pinch of it
  • Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste -1 tbsp

 

PREPARATION

 

 

  • Wash and cut capsicum length wisein the center of each of them in order to be able to stuff in …
  • Grind the onions and peanut butter adding water , salt , red chilli powder , turmeric ,ginger garlic paste , garam masala into a fine paste and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook the capsicum to soft putting a lid on the pan.
  • They cook in 15 min at the max on a medium flame.
  • Add1/2 tbsp of salt to the capsicum so that they absorb salt .
  • Then add the gravy to them and cook for about 10 min.
  • Serve hot with chapathi or rice ..tastes very good .
  • Serving size - 6 nos .Preparation - 30 min.
