AALOO CURRY
INGREDIENTS
- Aaloo frozen shredded - 1 pck
- Onions - 2 nos
- Redchilli powder -2 tsp
- Salt -2 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Gingergarlic paste - 1/s tsp
PREPARATION
- Microwave cook potatoes for 10 min.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and ginger garlic paste fry to golden red.
- Add the cooked potatoes and fry them to golden red.
- Grind onions with salt and redchilli powder and make a paste of it.
- Add the paste to the potatoes and cook for a while .
- Keep it on a medium flame for 5 min.
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi tastes good with poori too.
- Serving size - 4 persons Cooking time - 25 min.
