AALOO CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Aaloo frozen shredded - 1 pck
  • Onions - 2 nos
  • Redchilli powder -2 tsp
  • Salt -2 tsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Gingergarlic paste - 1/s tsp

PREPARATION

  • Microwave cook potatoes for 10 min.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and ginger garlic paste fry  to golden red.
  • Add the cooked potatoes and fry them to golden red.
  • Grind onions with salt and redchilli powder and make a paste of it.
  • Add the paste to the potatoes and cook for a while .
  • Keep it on a medium flame for 5 min.
  • Serve hot with rice or chapathi tastes good with poori too.
  • Serving size - 4 persons Cooking time - 25 min.
