PALAK PAKORA
INGREDIENTS
- BABY PALAK - 1/2PC
- BESAN - 2 CUPS
- MAIDA - 1 CUP
- SALT - 2 TBSP
- AJWAIN - 1 TSP
- REDCHILLIPOWDER - 2 TBSP
- GREENCHILLIES - 4 -5 NOS
- EATING SODA - 1/4 TSP
- GINGERGARLIC PASTE - 1TBSP EA
- OIL - DEEP FRYING
- TURMERIC - PINCH OF IT
- WATER- 1 CUP
PREPARATION
- WASH AND CHOP PALAK INTO FINE PIECES.
- ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE .
- POUR ONE CUP OF WATER AND MIX THEM INTO A HARD BATTER.
- HEAT OIL IN A PAN .
- ONCE IT IS HOT , PUT BALLS OF THE BATTER LIKE PAKORA.
- FRY THEM TO GOLDEN BROWN .
- SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR PUDINA CHUTNEY …
- MAKES ABOUT 40 PAKORAS , SERVES - 4- 5 PERSONS.
- PREPARATION TIME - 20 MIN.
