PALAK PAKORA

INGREDIENTS

  • BABY PALAK - 1/2PC
  • BESAN - 2 CUPS
  • MAIDA - 1 CUP
  • SALT - 2 TBSP
  • AJWAIN - 1 TSP
  • REDCHILLIPOWDER - 2 TBSP
  • GREENCHILLIES - 4 -5 NOS
  • EATING SODA - 1/4 TSP
  • GINGERGARLIC PASTE - 1TBSP EA
  • OIL - DEEP FRYING
  • TURMERIC - PINCH OF IT
  • WATER- 1 CUP

PREPARATION

  • WASH AND CHOP PALAK INTO FINE PIECES.
  • ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE .
  • POUR ONE CUP OF WATER AND MIX THEM INTO A HARD BATTER.
  • HEAT OIL IN A PAN .
  • ONCE IT IS HOT , PUT BALLS OF THE BATTER LIKE PAKORA.
  • FRY THEM TO GOLDEN BROWN .
  • SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR PUDINA CHUTNEY …
  • MAKES ABOUT 40 PAKORAS , SERVES - 4- 5 PERSONS.
  • PREPARATION TIME - 20 MIN.
