CAULIFLOWER FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • CAULIFLOWER - 1 NO

  • GREEN CHILLIES - 2 NO

  • CUMIN - 1 TSP

  • GINGER - 1PCE(EQU GARLIC POD)

  • GARLIC- 1 POD

  • SALT - 11/2 TSP

  • OIL - 3 TBSP

PREPARATION

  • WASH AND CUT THE CAULIFLOWER INTO FLORETS.
  • SOAK THEM IN HOT WATER ADDING A SPOON FULL OF SALT.
  • HEAT OIL AND ADD THE GREEN CHILLIES AND THE CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC.
  • ADD THE FLORETS AND KEEP FRYING TILL THEY BECOME RED.
  • THEN ADD SALT MIX WELL AND PUT OFF THE FLAME.
  • SERVE WITH ROTI OR RICE …
  • COOKING TIME - 25 MIN , SERVE - 4 PERSONS.
