CAULIFLOWER FRY
INGREDIENTS
CAULIFLOWER - 1 NO
GREEN CHILLIES - 2 NO
CUMIN - 1 TSP
GINGER - 1PCE(EQU GARLIC POD)
GARLIC- 1 POD
SALT - 11/2 TSP
OIL - 3 TBSP
PREPARATION
- WASH AND CUT THE CAULIFLOWER INTO FLORETS.
- SOAK THEM IN HOT WATER ADDING A SPOON FULL OF SALT.
- HEAT OIL AND ADD THE GREEN CHILLIES AND THE CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC.
- ADD THE FLORETS AND KEEP FRYING TILL THEY BECOME RED.
- THEN ADD SALT MIX WELL AND PUT OFF THE FLAME.
- SERVE WITH ROTI OR RICE …
- COOKING TIME - 25 MIN , SERVE - 4 PERSONS.
