GREEN BRINJAL FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Green Brinjals -  10 - 15 nos
  • Onions - 2 nos
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Besan - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 11/2 tsp
  • Redchilli powder - 1 tsp

PREPARATION

         

  • Wash and cut brinjals  along the center in both the directions to three fourth of the base.
  •  Deep fry them in oil to red or even till they change colour.
  • Remove them from oil and put them in a pan jus add besan , salt and chilli powder .
  • Chop onions and deep fry them to golden red.
  • Transfer the Brinjals well mixed with besan and stuff into a serving bowl.
  • Now add the fried onion to the brinjals and serve with hot rice …
  • Serves about 4 persons with Preparation time - 20 min
  • Helps in  fast cooking in times of need and also tastes excellent…
