GREEN BRINJAL FRY
INGREDIENTS
- Green Brinjals - 10 - 15 nos
- Onions - 2 nos
- Oil - for deep frying
- Besan - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 11/2 tsp
- Redchilli powder - 1 tsp
PREPARATION
- Wash and cut brinjals along the center in both the directions to three fourth of the base.
- Deep fry them in oil to red or even till they change colour.
- Remove them from oil and put them in a pan jus add besan , salt and chilli powder .
- Chop onions and deep fry them to golden red.
- Transfer the Brinjals well mixed with besan and stuff into a serving bowl.
- Now add the fried onion to the brinjals and serve with hot rice …
