 INGREDIENTS

  • BENDAKAYALU - 1 KG
  • CHANA DAL - 1CUPS
  • URAD DAL - 1 CUPS
  • REDCHILLIES - 1 CUP
  • CORIANDER  SEEDS - 1/2 CUP
  • SALT - 11/2 TSP
  •  OIL - 2 TBSP

PREPARATION

 

  • IN A TBSP OF OIL , FRY CHANA DAL , URAD DAL , CORIANDER SEEDS , REDCHILLIES TO GOLDEN RED.
  • ALLOW IT TO COOL COMPLETELY.
  • WASH AND STRAIN AWAY WATER FROM THE BHENDI AND CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES.
  • FRY BENDAKAYALU FOR ABOUT 15 MIN ADDING 1/2 TSP OF SALT.
  • GRIND THE FRIED STUFF ADDING 1 TBSP OF SALT TO A COARSE POWDER.
  • NOW ADD THE POWDER TO THE FRIED BENDAKAYA/ BHENDI PIECES AND MIX WELL.
  • COOK FOR 5 MIN AND PUT OFF THE FLAME.
  • SERVE WITH HOT RICE…
  • SERVING SIZE - 4- 6 PERSONS  . PREPARATION TIME - 30 MIN.
