BENDAKAYA KARAM PETTI KURA
INGREDIENTS
- BENDAKAYALU - 1 KG
- CHANA DAL - 1CUPS
- URAD DAL - 1 CUPS
- REDCHILLIES - 1 CUP
- CORIANDER SEEDS - 1/2 CUP
- SALT - 11/2 TSP
- OIL - 2 TBSP
PREPARATION
- IN A TBSP OF OIL , FRY CHANA DAL , URAD DAL , CORIANDER SEEDS , REDCHILLIES TO GOLDEN RED.
- ALLOW IT TO COOL COMPLETELY.
- WASH AND STRAIN AWAY WATER FROM THE BHENDI AND CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES.
- FRY BENDAKAYALU FOR ABOUT 15 MIN ADDING 1/2 TSP OF SALT.
- GRIND THE FRIED STUFF ADDING 1 TBSP OF SALT TO A COARSE POWDER.
- NOW ADD THE POWDER TO THE FRIED BENDAKAYA/ BHENDI PIECES AND MIX WELL.
- COOK FOR 5 MIN AND PUT OFF THE FLAME.
- SERVE WITH HOT RICE…
- SERVING SIZE - 4- 6 PERSONS . PREPARATION TIME - 30 MIN.
