  • Besan - 4 cups
  • Salt - 11/2 tsp
  • Redchilli powder - 11/2 tsp
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Water - 1 1/2 cups
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp



  •  Mix besan , redchillipowder , turmeric and salt , add water and make a dough as shown .
  • Heat oil in a pan and press the dough as shown with the press.
  • Fry them to red  and repeat the process until the dough is done and serve them  hot.
