BOONDI RAITHA
Boondi - 2 cups
Curds - 4 -5 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Redchillipowder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Chanadal - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Redchillies - 4 nos
Curry leaves - 5 nos
PREPARATION
Beat curds adding water and add boondi to it .
Also add salt , redchilli powder and leave it to become soft for half an hour.Then put tadka and mix well. Add honey and mix for a while . Serve chilled or normally with Aloo paratha .
