BOONDI RAITHA
INGREDIENTS
Boondi - 2 cups
Curds - 4 -5 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Redchillipowder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Chanadal - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Redchillies - 4 nos
Curry leaves - 5 nos
PREPARATION

Beat curds adding water and add boondi to it .

CURD RAITHA

CURD RAITHA

INGREDIENTS

Onions - 2 nos
Green chillies - nos
Curds - 3 cups
Salt - 1 tsp

PREPARATION

Chop onions into small pieces and also green chillies . Break curds into soft .
Add onions and green chilly pieces to curds along with salt . Also add coriander if desired.
Serve with Pulav..
