CAULIFLOWER IN TOMATO GRAVY
INGREDIENTS
- CAULIFLOWER - 1 PC
- ONIONS - 2 NOS
- OIL -1 TBSP
- TOMATOES - 2 NOS
- CURRY LEAVES - 5 - 10 NOS
- GARAM MASALA - 2 TSP
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1TSP EA
- CUMIN - 1 TBSP
- GREEN CHILLIES - 4 NOS
- TURMERIC - 1 /4 TSP
- SALT - 2TSP
- REDCHILLIPOWDER - 1TSP
- POPPY SEEDS - 1 CUP
- CURDS - 1CUP
PREPARATION
- WASH AND CUT CAULIFLOWER INTO FINE FLORETS.MICROWAVE COOK FOR 10 MIN.
- CHOP ONIONS, TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILLIES AND SET ASIDE.
- GRIND POPPY SEEDS AND ONCE THEY BECOME A POWDER, ADD CURD AND GRIND INTO A FINE PASTE.
- THEN ADD TOMATOES AND GRIND THEM INTO A FINE PASTE ADDING SALT , TURMERIC,GARAM MASALA AND REDCHILLI POWDER.
- HEAT OIL AND ADD CUMIN AND CURRY LEAVES TO IT.
- THEN FRY THE MICROWAVE COOKED VEGETABLES AND FRY FOR A WHILE.
- ADD THE TOMATO GRAVY TO THE CAULIFLOWER AND MIX WELL.
- COOK FOR 5 MIN.
- SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR PHULKA …
