MIXED VEGETABLE MANCHURIA (DRY// WET )
DRY MANCHURIA
INGREDIENTS
- CARROTS - 3 NOS
- CAULIFLOWER - 1 NO
- CABBAGE - 1/2 PC
- CAPSICUM - 2 NOS
- BEANS - 10 NOS
- GINGER GARLIC CHOPPED - 1 CUP
- GREEN CHILLIES - 4 - 5 NOS
- ONIONS - 2 NOS
- CORN FLOUR - 2 CUPS
- ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1CUP
- BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
- AJINOMOTO - 2 TBSP
- VINEGAR - 1 CUP
- MANCHURIA SAUCE - 2 CUP
- WATER - CUPS
- SALT - 2 TBSP
- CORIANDER - 1/2 BUNCH
- OIL - FOR DEEP FRYING
- FOOD COLOR - RED - 1/4 TSP
- REDCHILLI POWDER -1 TBSP
- TURMERIC - 1/4 TBSP
PREPARATION
- GRATE CARROT AND CABBAGE . CHOP CAULIFLOWER , CAPSICUM AND BEANS TO FINE PIECES.
- SET ASIDE CORN FLOUR , MAIDA, TURMERIC AND REDCHILLI POWDER AND SALT.
- MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS ADDING 1/2 TBSP OF AJINOMOTO WITH LITTLE WATER .
- MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH AND PARALLELY HEAT OIL IN A PAN .
- FRY THESE BALLS TO GOLDEN BROWN AND SERVE HOT …
WET MANCHURIA
- HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND FRY THE CHOPPED GINGER ,GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLIES .
- ONCE THEY ARE RED , ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY THEM TO GOLDEN RED.
- ADD AJINOMOTO , MANCHURIA SAUCE AND VINEGAR AND COOK FOR 10 MIN ADDING 2CUPSOF WATER.
- ADD THE BALLS TO THE SAUCE AND SERVE HOT IMMEDIATELY.
- COOKING TIME - 40 MIN , SERVING SIZE - 30 - 40 PERSONS
- SERVE HOT EITHER THE DRY MANCHURIA OR WET.

Can we get manchurian sauce in indian shops?Is there any specific brand?

Thnk you .. You do get it. No specific brand .. Search at the Indian Grocery u will find it …If not u can use tomato sauce , vinegar and chilli sauce… as substitute ..
