MIXED VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
- CAULIFLOWER - 1/2 CUP
- BASMATHI RICE - 5 CUPS
- CABBAGE - 1/2 CUP
- BEANS - 1/2 CUP
- POTATOES - 1/2 CUP
- CARROT - 1/2 CUP
- PEAS - 1/2 CUP
- CAPSICUM - 1 NO
- CORIANDER -1/4 BUNCH
- MINT - 1/4 BUNCH
- CLOVES - 1 TSP
- CARDMOM - 1 TSP
- BAY LEAVES - 2 NOS
- CINNAMON STICKS - 3 NOS
- SHAHZEEERA - 1 TSP
- CUMIN - 1 TSP
- BIRYANI FLOWER // JAVENTRI - 1 TSP
- VINEGAR- 1 CUP
- TOMATO SAUCE - FOR DECORATION
- SALT - 2 TBSP
- OIL - 2 TBSP
- GINGERGARLIC PASTE - 2 TBSP
PREPARATION
- WASH ALL THE VEGETABLES AND SET ASIDE .
- HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND FRY THE DRY MASALA , MINT AND THEN FRY GINGER GARLIC PASTE .
- NOW ADD THE VEGETABLES AND FRY FOR A WHILE. THEN ADD RICE .
- ADD SALT AND VINEGAR AND FRY WELL .
- ADD WATER AND TRANSFER INTO RICE COOKER AND COOK FOR 30 MIN.
- SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND MIRCHI KA SALAN .. OR CURD RAITHA
- SERVES - 6 PERSONS PREPARATION TIME - 40MIN.
