CHANA DAL MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  • CHANADAL - 250GMS
  • ONION - 1 NO
  • OIL - 1 TBSP
  • CURRY LEAVES -4 -5 NOS
  • RECHILLIES - 2 NOS
  • CHANA MASALA POWDER - 2TSP
  • MUSTARD - 1 TSP
  • CUMIN - 1 TSP
  • URADDAL -1 TSP
  • GARLIC -2PODS
  • SALT - 2 TSP
  • TURMERIC - 1/4 TSP

PREPARATION

 

 

  • WASH AND PRESSURE COOK DAL AND SLICED ONION FOR 2 WHISTLES.

  • PUT TADKA AND ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CHOPPED GARLIC TO IT.

  • THEN ADD THE PRESSURE COOKED DAL TO IT AND MIX WELL.

  • NOW ADD TURMERIC , CHANA DAL MASALA AND SALT COOK FOR 10 MIN.

  • SERVE HOT WITH RICE OR CHAPATHI ..

  • PREPARATION TIME - 30MIN(INC PRESSURE COOKING) , SERVES - 4 - 5 PERSONS.
