- CURRY LEAVES -4 -5 NOS
- RECHILLIES - 2 NOS
- CHANA MASALA POWDER - 2TSP
- MUSTARD - 1 TSP
- CUMIN - 1 TSP
- URADDAL -1 TSP
- GARLIC -2PODS
- SALT - 2 TSP
- TURMERIC - 1/4 TSP
PREPARATION
WASH AND PRESSURE COOK DAL AND SLICED ONION FOR 2 WHISTLES.
PUT TADKA AND ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CHOPPED GARLIC TO IT.
THEN ADD THE PRESSURE COOKED DAL TO IT AND MIX WELL.
NOW ADD TURMERIC , CHANA DAL MASALA AND SALT COOK FOR 10 MIN.
SERVE HOT WITH RICE OR CHAPATHI ..
