CARROT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS
- Carrots - 4 nos
- Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
- Salt- 2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 4 nos
PREPARATION
- Wash and grate carrots . Chop green chillies to fine pieces .
- Add salt to the lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the juice to the garted carrots and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and put tadka.
- Add this to the grated carrots .
- Mix well and serve with hot rice or chapathi.
- Preparation time - 15min. Serving size - 6 persons..
