CARROT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

  • Carrots - 4 nos
  • Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
  • Salt- 2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 5 nos
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 4 nos

PREPARATION

    • Wash and grate carrots . Chop green chillies to fine pieces .
    • Add salt to the lemon juice and mix well.
    • Add the juice to the garted carrots and mix well.
    • Heat oil in a pan and put tadka.
    • Add this to the grated carrots .
    • Mix well and serve with hot rice or chapathi.
    • Preparation time - 15min. Serving size - 6 persons..
