BANGLORE VANKAI // CHAUTEKAI CURRY
INGREDIENTS
- Banglore vankai - 2 nos
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Coconut powder - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
- Redchillies - 2 nos
- Mustard - 1tsp
- Uraddal - 1 tsp
- Chana dal - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - pinch of it
Salt - 11/2 tsp
PREPARATION
- Wash and peel off the skin of the vankai /chaute kai and chop it to small pieces.
- Put tadka and add the chaute ki pieces to it and mix well.
- Cook the pieces to semi soft see that they are as pieces and do not become soft.
- Now add salt , turmeric and coconut powder .
- Mix well and put off the flame.
- Serve with rice or chapathi .
