I had learnt painting when I was in graduation a long back…Once I was done with learning , I had to do a project of a piece for a display and to secure a grade for the work as a result . I had painted on a chiffon saree and the best effects were put up and it ranked me Outstanding performance in those days…

It was displayed in an Exhibition in the College … Though I wasnt much into studies during my grad, I was more towards arts ,designs and paints…Not to mention it took me 22 hrs of struggle to get this in a form … There are 20 flowers on the saree as a whole…

I tried painting some unusual flowers of my fantasy and ended up here …Another cluster of flowers ..

My obsession for flowers doesnt get less no matter what I do … When I thought of the Bell flowers , the morning glories…..my mind was on them … trying to capture a little beauty of those into my brushes and onto my paints..

The Violet is a sober color which gives a very pleasant effect to the eyes. So , I tried blending white the most beautiful color and violet …I could get the effect of shades which are excellent on cloth to some extent as I am doing all these in a paper for my records.. Probably use the technique for the final work on cloth…
