RAWA LADDOO

  • INGREDIENTS
  • Bombay Rawa - 4 cups
  • Sugar - 6 cups
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Coconut powder - 2 cups(dry grated )
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • PREPARATION
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry bombay rawa to golden red colour .
  • Add cardamom and coconut powder and sugar and mix well.
  • Add milk to the mix and make balls out of the rawa mix.
  • Serve hot or cold tastes good …
  • Serves - 45 - 50 laddoos.
  • Cooking time - 45 min

    Ravva laddu looks good.
    i have a doubt.what type of coconut powder should we use dry or frozen?

    Hi Neeharika

    We use dry grated coconut . If it is frozen , we cannot store it for a long and also doesnt give the proper taste. Always recommended one is dry grated..
