RAWA LADDOO
- INGREDIENTS
- Bombay Rawa - 4 cups
- Sugar - 6 cups
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Coconut powder - 2 cups(dry grated )
- Milk - 1 cup
- PREPARATION
- Heat oil in a pan and fry bombay rawa to golden red colour .
- Add cardamom and coconut powder and sugar and mix well.
- Add milk to the mix and make balls out of the rawa mix.
- Serve hot or cold tastes good …
- Serves - 45 - 50 laddoos.
- Cooking time - 45 min

Ravva laddu looks good.
i have a doubt.what type of coconut powder should we use dry or frozen?

Hi Neeharika
We use dry grated coconut . If it is frozen , we cannot store it for a long and also doesnt give the proper taste. Always recommended one is dry grated..
