INGREDIENTS
 

KADDOO - 1 MEDIUM SIZED
MILK - 11/2L
KHOYA - 300 GMS
CARDAMOM - 3 - 4 NOS
CASHEWS - FOR GARNISHING
SUGAR - 500 GMS

PREPARATION
     

 WASH THE KADDOO AND PEEL IT OFF.
GRATE IT AND TRANSFER IT INTO 11/2L OF MILK.
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND BOIL IT FOR ABOUT 40 MIN ON MEDIUM FLAME.

Rice - 2 cups
Water - 4 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 2 cups
