ATUKULU UPMA / POHA UPMA

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Poha - 3 cups
  • Onions - 2nos
  • GreenChillies - 5nos
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 6nos
  • Groundnuts - 1/2 cup
  • Amchur powder - 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds -1 tsp
  • Cumin -1tsp
  • Chanadal - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1tsp
  • Salt-2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

 

PREPARATION

 

 

  • Soak poha in water for 10 min and drain away water by leaving the poha in a strainer.
  • Chop onions and green chillies length wise and heat oil in pan and put tadka .
  • Then fry ground nuts , onions , and green chillies to golden red.
  • Add turmeric, salt , amchur powder and fry them to golden red.
  • Now add the poha and mix well and cook for 10 min.
  • Garnish with coriander.
  • Cookingtime - 25 min. Serving size - 4 nos.
