ATUKULU UPMA / POHA UPMA
INGREDIENTS
- Poha - 3 cups
- Onions - 2nos
- GreenChillies - 5nos
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 6nos
- Groundnuts - 1/2 cup
- Amchur powder - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds -1 tsp
- Cumin -1tsp
- Chanadal - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1tsp
- Salt-2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
PREPARATION
- Soak poha in water for 10 min and drain away water by leaving the poha in a strainer.
- Chop onions and green chillies length wise and heat oil in pan and put tadka .
- Then fry ground nuts , onions , and green chillies to golden red.
- Add turmeric, salt , amchur powder and fry them to golden red.
- Now add the poha and mix well and cook for 10 min.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Cookingtime - 25 min. Serving size - 4 nos.
