KADDOO KA KHEER
INGREDIENTS
- KADDOO - 1 MEDIUM SIZED
- MILK - 11/2L
- KHOYA - 300 GMS
- CARDAMOM - 3 - 4 NOS
- CASHEWS - FOR GARNISHING
- SUGAR - 500 GMS
PREPARATION
- WASH THE KADDOO AND PEEL IT OFF.
- GRATE IT AND TRANSFER IT INTO 11/2L OF MILK.
- ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND BOIL IT FOR ABOUT 40 MIN ON MEDIUM FLAME.
- KADDO BECOMES SOFT KEEP MASHING .. MILK BECOMES THICK ON BOILING.
- THEN ADD SUGAR AND MIX WELL. NOW GRATE THE KHOYA AND ADD IT TO THE KHEER.
- COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MIN NOW .
- GARNISH WITH CASHEWNUTS AND SERVE CHILLED OR HOT.
- PREPARATION TIME - 1 HR. SERVES - 10 PERSONS.

I bought it from grocery … I will let u know the khoya recipe soon… I have to try it out …
