KAKARAKAYA ULLI KARAM
- Wash and cut karela circular pieces. Microwave them for 15 min .
- Cut onions and add redchilli powder and salt along with turmeric.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and fry karela.
- Once they are red add the onion mixture . Mix well and cook for 5 min .
- Serve with hot rice.
- Serving size - 4
- Cooking time - 20 min
