KAKARAKAYA ULLI KARAM

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  • Wash and cut karela circular pieces. Microwave them for 15 min .
  • Cut onions and add redchilli powder and salt along with turmeric.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and fry karela.
  • Once they are red add the onion mixture . Mix well and cook for 5 min .
  • Serve with hot rice.
  • Serving size - 4
  • Cooking time - 20 min
