CURD RAITHA

INGREDIENTS

Onions - 2 nos
Green chillies - nos
Curds - 3 cups
Salt - 1 tsp

PREPARATION

Chop onions into small pieces and also green chillies . Break curds into soft .
Add onions and green chilly pieces to curds along with salt . Also add coriander if desired.
Serve with Pulav..

KUDUMULU

KUDUMULU

INGREDIENTS
Rice - 2 cups
Water - 4 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 2 cups
Coconut powder - 2 cups
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
PREPARATION
